职位描述：
1. 负责新工艺新方法的研究，新项目的场地布置，生产能力规划和人员需求分析；
Be responsible for researching of new process or new method, layout design for new project, production capacity planning and operator demands analysis.
2. 产品相关工艺文件的编制（作业指导书，工艺方案，产品工艺图，PFMEA等）, 产线员工的工艺技能培训，产品相关工具，设备，模具的选型，改善；
Be responsible for creating process documents such as WI,Drawing,PFMEA,etc. Also need to take charge of training of operator, choosing and optimizing of tools,equipment and modules,etc.
3 . 产品工艺流程的改善，员工生产工时的统计优化；
Optimizing process work flow. Census labor time and analyze if have space to optimize.
4. 协助质量分析解决产品质量问题,协助生产解决生产异常情况；
Support QE department to solve quality issues. Support production to solve production abnormity
5. 给其他部门提供必要的技术支持；
Provide technical support for other department if need.
6. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by TE manager.
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，本科优先；
College or above, Bachelor degree in priority
2. 3年以上线缆组件工程经验，有铁路行业线束工程经验者优先；
At least 3years experience in wire harness area. With railway experience in priority.
3. 熟悉线缆组件的相关的行业标准（IPC620等）
Know well about cable assembly standard such as IPC620.
4. 对电缆组件的相关零件性能有一定地了解
Know well about third party parts properties.
5. 熟悉线束加工制程和质量要求以及质量问题的处理流程
Be familiar with cable assembly process and quality requirements and have good sense to solve quality issues.
6. 熟练使用Auto CAD等制图软件，会Solidwork 或UG者优先
Skillful in using Auto CAD. Familiar with Solidwork or UG in priority.
7. 良好的英语读，听，说，写能力
Good command of English in Reading, Listening, Speaking and writing.
8. 有较强的工作抗压能力.
Have a strong ability to work under pressure.
